The short version

The calculators run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent to us. The only personal data we collect is the email address you choose to give for the monthly peptide research digest or the reference sheet.

Calculator inputs

Values you enter stay on your device. They appear in the page address (so you can copy a link to a setup) but are not transmitted to or stored by VialUnits.

The research digest and reference sheet

• What we collect: your email address, the page you signed up on, whether you asked for the reference sheet, the consent statement you ticked, and the dates you signed up and confirmed.
• Where it is stored: in a database on Cloudflare (our host). When the digest starts sending, confirmed addresses are also held by our email provider, Resend, which sends the emails on our behalf.
• Confirmation: once email sending is switched on, every address gets a confirmation link and receives the digest only after clicking it.
• Use: sending the monthly digest and the reference sheet. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we never send offers from third parties.
• Removal: every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@vialunits.com to have your address deleted.

Cookies and analytics

VialUnits sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics are added later, this page will name the provider first.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, time, page) for security and reliability, for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email hello@vialunits.com.
